Are you looking for a real estate agent who not only understands the local market but also has a deep connection to the community? Look no further! I'm Robin Bratton-Bias, and I'm thrilled to be a part of the ERA Team VP, serving the Chautauqua, Westfield, Lakewood, and Chautauqua County.

If you will, please let me take you on a short journey illustrating my deep-rooted passion for this area. I am very proud of my personal connection to this wonderful part of the world. My great-grandparents, William B. Lindsay and Dora Mae Lindsay, were life-long residents of Westfield, where they spent their lives at their home on Jefferson Street. My great-grandfather William spent his entire career at Welch’s, and happily walked to and from work every day.

Their grandson, my father, Dr. Daniel Lindsay Bratton, cherished his summers spent in Westfield as a child, and always spoke of it as a uniquely special place. He and his beloved grandmother, Dora, would eagerly take the trolley from Westfield to the Chautauqua Institution station (now the Main Gate), where they would immerse themselves in inspiring speakers, religious services, the vibrant atmosphere, and the great beauty of Lake Chautauqua. His visits there left an indelible mark on my father, shaping his passions and inspiring him greatly.

As fate would have it, my father was destined for a remarkable role in the Chautauqua Institution's history. In 1983, he became the President of this esteemed institution, carrying forward the legacy of his cherished memories and the values instilled in him by his grandmother. He served as President until 2001, shaping the Chautauqua experience for countless individuals and leaving an enduring impact, which was ultimately acknowledged in the summer of 2000, with the dedication of The Bratton Theater in his honor.

It was during the summers I spent with my father at Chautauqua that my own connection to this magical corner of the world blossomed. The vibrant atmosphere, intellectual discourse, and cultural offerings enriched my soul and ignited a passion within me. The wineries aren’t bad either!

I hoped that one day, I would return to Chautauqua County to honor my family's heritage and share the enchantment of it with others.

Happily, my family and I have settled in Chautauqua County, and I ready to help you discover the charm and wonder this region has to offer. Whether you are seeking a new home or looking to sell your current property, I am here to guide you through every step of the process. My personal experiences and intimate knowledge of the area allow me to provide valuable insights and make your real estate journey a truly memorable one. I am genuinely excited to meet you, hear your story, and understand your dreams for the future!
